Led by Gene Poland, our talented vintner, the Goodwater Winery family includes his wife Laura Poland, our culinary expert and chef; Uncle Steve, our dedicated vineyard manager; Michael Hood, the family patriarch; Bobbie Poland, tasting room manager; Gene Poland Sr., the go-to maintenance man; and Calvin Hood, our aspiring next-generation winemaker. Together, along with our crew of grape-picking kids, we bring passion, heritage, and authenticity to every bottle of Tennessee wine we produce.
