Our founder draws on his heritage from Greece, where he grew up learning the art of winemaking and distilling from his grandfather. That legacy lives on in every bottle we produce—crafted to delight a wide range of palates. We are currently cultivating our young vineyard to create premium estate-grown wines in the near future. In the meantime, we produce wines on-site using high-quality grapes sourced from top-growing regions, including the Pacific Northwest.

Our growing wine list includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Rosé, Riesling, and regional favorites like Muscadine wine. Seasonal specialties include handcrafted Strawberry Wine, Blackberry Wine, Blueberry Wine, and our signature Chocolate Strawberry Wine.
