We started out with just a few vines and before we knew it we had grow the vineyard to about 7 acres. We have apple, peach, pear and plum trees, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, elderberries and of course, the grapes. We have a variety of grapes and muscadines. Our wines and jellies are all made from fruit grown here on the farm.
Having outgrown the local fresh fruit market we started making homemade wine. Our friends and family really seem to enjoy them and an idea was born. After talking with Jim Odom owner of Natchez Hill Winery, we applied and received our Farm Winery Permit. A first for middle Tennessee. Our fruit that we are growing now will go to Natchez Hill Winery to be turned into wine. Our blackberries and peaches will be the first, followed by the grapes and then muscadines. We take the many varieties of grapes, muscadines and other fruits and blend them to make our own special flavors.
