Description:

Our Story: Rising up from the rich Delta soil of the Mighty Mississippi, Memphis is the perfect blend of raw and sophisticated spirit, where its authentically southern and soulful charm delivers extraordinary experiences. The music has a sound all its own; they call it the Delta Blues. Easy, pure, unique, and memorable, just like the Delta Blues Winery.

Wines:

DRY WHITE

Chardonel – A New York hybrid produced at Cornell University’s Ag Experiment Station by crossing Seyval Blanc with Chardonnay. The wine is light and pleasant with a medium body and crisp acidity. It has aromas of citrus and pears, and hints of Chardonnay. It was aged in oak.

DRY RED

Chambourcin - A French hybrid bred in south-eastern France. It is widely grown in France, the eastern US, and Australia.  The wine is deeply colored, full-flavored, and aromatic with overtones of black cherry and plum.

Norton - An American hybrid that resulted from a spontaneous cross between an American vine and a European vine growing next to each other in the garden of Daniel Norton in 1820. The wine is purple-black. It is fresh with flavors of black berries, chocolate, vanilla, and earthiness. It was aged in American oak for two years.

SEMI SWEET WHITE

Cayuga White – A New York hybrid with a smooth, fruity taste, similar to a Pinot Grigio.

 SWEET

Red Muscadine – That great American favorite, this is a light, flavorful wine.

Peach - Golden in color with a Peachy-keen flavor for those who love the south.
